Tangled Webs!

Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we pratice to deceive!
A recent foggy morning left in its wake a stunning collection of web designs all over my garden.
My camera does not do the intricacy of the patterns justice but here is a selection anyway!

I wonder how long it takes for the spiders to weave these webs?

This one on the right was a very tangled web indeed, woven through my very slow growing ivy!

Just popped in a bit of colour with these kaffir lilies!
Another web through the fuchsia million bells

Happy Gardening!

  1. Spiders webs are magical, especially in he early morning with the dew on them. Lovely photos.
I read that the name 'kaffir' lilies is soon to be politically incorrect!

  2. The spiders seem to weave them in the early morning! The coming frosts will put a stop to them.
