Having just refilled my peanut feeders a few days ago and waiting patiently to see the birds return i was rewarded today when for the first time 4 or 5 of them came calling to the feeders!
Nice to see them back for the winter and feeding though a fight broke out at one stage between two of them!

ReplyDeleteI tried out buying bird feed and spreading it about enrout to the pool..
Somehow this was not the same. The pigeons got most of it, while the sparrows were wanting - not what I had in mind at all!
