Recipe for Brownies
150grs.(5ozs.)self-raising flour
75grms.(3ozs)butter
150grms.(5ozs)light brown sugar
50grms.(2ozs)plain chocolate
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
few drops of vanilla essence
Topping
124grms(4ozs)plain chocolate
25grms(1ozs)margarine
Preheat oven to 325f/170c
Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl over a bowl of hot water
mix well beat in sugar and eggs
stir in remaining ingredients
transfer to greased and lined tin
Bake for 20mins approx.
Topping
Melt chocolate and margarine stir well
when slightly cooled spread over chocolate cake leave to set
cut into squares and enjoy!
